Explore the incredible West Coast countryside on horseback. Native bush, sandy river beaches and fresh water creeks are all part of this awesome horse trekking experience. There are opportunities for trotting and cantering along the sandy banks of the Buller River for confident and experienced riders.

We have well cared for horses to suit most abilities and give tuition to novice horse riders.

This horse trek is suitable for confident novice to experienced riders with a minimum age of 11 years. Younger children will be considered for a 45 minute trek which one of our guides will walk beside them and lead the horse if  required.

Trek Duration:  2 hrs (allow 2  3/4 hrs)

Please bring:  long pants

We provide:  competent horse trek guides, footwear, helmets and horses with personality!
